My tutorial on how to create a PowerPoint presentation on a Windows Computer

Reflect on this experience on a blog post in your portfolio site: after both reading and writing documentation, what do you think is necessary to create good documentation? What documentation will you and your project lead need to create for your Vivero project – and what steps do you need to take to make this happen?

Answer:

Good documentation needs to be concise, specific, and assume little to no previous experience from whoever is reading it. For my Vivero project, we will create tutorials for students on how to contribute to the Subcultures and Sociology website and guides for future collaborators on the the technical parts of maintaining the site. To make this happen, I need to create Word documents with tutorials, share it with Professor Haenfler, then post it to ensure that students can see it.
